At LotsOfCode Private Limited, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services and software products through our platform https://wappp.site. Since we deal in intangible and digital goods, all purchases made on our website or through any associated service are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, whether in full or in part. This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Software licenses or subscriptions
- Custom development or integrations
- Digital services or consultations
- Whitelabel or reseller access
- Premium support or maintenance plans
We urge all customers to thoroughly review product/service details, demo features (if available), and ask any questions before making a payment.
2. Non-returnable Nature of Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital content and instant delivery, we cannot accept returns. Once access or a download is granted, it is not possible for us to “revoke” the delivery in the same way as physical goods.
3. Exceptions – Only If Required by Law
A refund will only be issued under the following rare conditions:
- If there is a duplicate payment made due to a technical error
- If legally required by Indian consumer protection laws
- If the product/service was never delivered or activated, and you have contacted us within 72 hours of the issue

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Raising a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We are available to help you resolve any genuine issue. Users found misusing chargebacks may be blacklisted and denied future service.
