Additional Terms Specific to Cheetah CRM & Wappp.site Platform

Is it safe to use the extension?

Cheetah CRM extension is reviewed by Google Chrome Web Store. If any extension violates user privacy or Google’s terms, it is removed by Google. Our extension is uploaded privately through our Google Web Store account. It is safe to use.

Are my phone number and contacts exposed to third parties?

No. Your WhatsApp phone number is not required to use the extension (neither for free nor premium versions). We only store phone numbers of Admin and Reseller accounts created on our server. The data is automatically deleted when the Admin/Reseller’s plan expires. No other user data or WhatsApp user data is saved or shared by us.

Your conversations do not pass through the extension and cannot be read. Cheetah CRM has no storage servers.

Cheetah CRM enhances the official WhatsApp Web interface locally through your Chrome browser. No WhatsApp data is transmitted through external servers.

Payment and License Terms

  • Cheetah CRM is available as an Annual Payment License, or Monthly Plan.
  • Payments are non-refundable after purchase. If WhatsApp changes its interface and certain features stop working, no refunds will be issued.
  • You must contact Cheetah CRM support after payment to receive your premium license code. We do not request or require any other personal data for license activation.

Mass Messaging Disclaimer

The bulk messaging feature sends the same message to multiple contacts. WhatsApp prohibits mass mailing, and your number may be banned.

We do not guarantee this feature and will not be responsible if your WhatsApp number is banned due to misuse. Use this feature at your own risk.

Conversations, Chats, and Personal Data

We do not access or store your chats or conversations. The extension runs locally on your browser and only modifies the display of information.

Cookies Policy & Data Collection

We do not use third-party pixels such as Facebook or Google tracking pixels on our website.

We do not use Google Analytics for remarketing or advertising. We only use basic Google Analytics cookies to track generic website performance (source, medium, and keywords). No personal or identifiable user data is shared or sold.

Cheetah CRM does not sell or share any user databases or personal data.

We will attempt to update the extension when WhatsApp changes its platform, but we cannot guarantee its operation indefinitely.

Wappp.site Platform Terms (Admin & Reseller Panel)

We sell both Admin Panel and Reseller Panel on the Wappp.site platform.

We do not store or share any user data from these panels.

Admin accounts can create Resellers. Based on their purchased plan, Resellers can sell user accounts.

We only store data (Admin Name & Phone, Reseller Name & Phone) necessary to manage license validity. This data is deleted automatically when a plan expires.

We do not store end-users’ WhatsApp data or personal conversations at any time.

Payment Details & Email

Payments for the Premium license are made through the https://admin.wappp.site platform. You provide your payment details and email to this platform. Please consult their terms and conditions regarding the management of your data.
